Eddie has been practicing taekwondo for 30 years and started his first club at Lancaster University in 1999. Since then Eddie has opened clubs across the Northwest and has taught and graded hundreds of people, many of whom have gone on to gain the ultimate achievement – their black belt.

Eddie is a full time taekwondo and PE teacher working tirelessly in schools and leisure centres across the Northwest to encourage people of all ages to do more sport and keep fit.

Eddie was National Sparring Champion in 1987 and gained bronze medal in the 1989 Olympic team trials. He is keen to pass on this knowledge of sparring technique along with his extensive poomsae knowledge as a National Class B Judge.

Eddie knows that you never stop learning and so trains regularly with Master Ian Lennox, 8th Dan, the British Taekwondo Technical Director and with Master Steve Baker 7th Dan Ju Jitsu and loves to share his new knowledge with his students.
